We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location on the hill top provided breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The room was spacious and clean, with two balconies to enjoy the scenery. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, suggesting great sights to see in the area. The breakfast had a great variety of delicious food options. we highly recommend this hotel for its beautiful location, friendly staff, and great breakfast.

Had a great new year stay at a hotel in Zermatt. The hotel had a central location, 5 minutes from the main shopping area and the train station. Loved the immaculate room and comfortable bed linens. The sauna and hammam facilities were a real treat after a day on the slopes. The breakfast was always fresh and satisfying with plenty of options.

It was a bit of a hike up a fairly steep grade to get to the hotel and the elevator took a while to get around. , the dinner was not quite up to par, as it lacked variety and creativity.

We spent New Year at this wonderful hotel! The staff were so friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The spacious, clean rooms had stunning views of the surrounding mountains and the newly renovated bathrooms were spotless. The complimentary shuttle service was so convenient, making it easy for us to explore the local area. The breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious, and we loved the fact that we could order eggs cooked to our liking. The hotel also offered a variety of spa treatments which we indulged in and thoroughly enjoyed.

The hotel is located on a slight hill which might be a slight challenge for those who prefer a flat surface. The restaurant menu could have had more vegetarian options, but the staff were willing to amend the dishes to our requirements.
